To my east sunset

I still keep our memories
The grassy breeze of Kensington Park
The walloping wind of Plymouth sea
The sweaty sun of Kuala Lumpur

You are my pink pillow
You are my grey muffler
You are my sakura diary
You are one and only

You inspire me to be beautiful
You teach me to be skillful
in love and receiving pain
A great sensei you are
just like the love we hold so far

To my east sunset
I shall never be upset
For the memory we had was great
our story will never fade.

It’s not halal actually T_T

Last 2 weeks we went to Sushi King–to get Takoyaki. We were sitting at the sushi-conveyor-belt bar. They are having unagi promotion for the entire month of August. While waiting for the takoyaki, we grabbed some plates. One of it was Unagi Pirosiki. Super yummy. I asked my husband to taste it. He said he doesn’t like it at all. I feel frustrated. It was my first time liking an unagi sushi. Like, something excite my taste bud. A firework in my mouth and tummy.

Today, while doing baju raya hunting, I entered Sushi King again. Want to do take-away lah kononnya. The manager welcomed me and asked me politely “Yes ma’am, may I help you?”

“Er, can I do take-away?”
“Of course. What do you want?”
“I want to order one of your unagi which is on promotion”
“Er, actually it’s not halal”
My eyes enlarged twice than normal.
“We already put a notice when we realized they put in some alcohol during the process. It’s less than 0.05%”
I looked at the notice. It’s not Unagi Pirosiki. Maybe what she meant was the slices. Haish. Should be more alert next time.
Then I tapau okonomiyaki instead. T_T <--coverlah tu

I’m not a lazy blogger

I used to write a post per week. Ever since I started my job, God knows how fatigue I am. I am not fit, more stressed and less productive. After I got married, my husband advised me to be more energetic. Unlike him, I can’t rely on caffeine to make me feel like an energizer bunny. So I did walking up and down the stairs, shopping (the best exercise on earth) and try not to get evening sleep. Result: Shed some weight, feel a bit happy and glowy. Continue reading

Harassing call

About 2 months ago, I was being disturbed by a 4am-call. At first I thought it was an emergency call.

“Hello? Hello?” said me with croaky voice.

“Haii…mengganggu ke…Watpe tu….”a low-tone of a person who is desperate for, you know what.

“Siapa ni? Kenapa telefon?”

“Ala…mengganggu ke….”, trying to be manja with me.

*TUPP*

I immediately hung up. Then I tried to go back to sleep with a fast heart beat. My husband told me to ignore it but I was traumatised. So I can’t go back to sleep after that. I just wake up and do my work.

The next night, at 4am, he called me again. I just ignored. He stopped.

Last week, he called me during office hour. I didn’t save his number and thought he was one of my pupils’ parents who wanted to inform me about his child absence. I was wronged.

Him: Hi ainee. Tengah buat ape tu.

Me: Tengah kerja. Siapa ni.

Him: Ni ikram la.

Me: Ikram mana nie? Ada banyak ikram la.

Him: Alah. Sampai hati dah lupe kita.

Me: Ok lah. I ada kelas ni. GTG. Bye!

Hisy. Sape la prank call cenggini. Buat gigil je. Kalau lg sekali dia call memang nk kne sue la jawabnya.
