Case Study of cyst

I am not eligible to write a medical journal but this is my own case study and I put it up on the Internet in case any individual can find benefit with it. I was diagnosed with cyst when I knew about my first pregnancy. Back then the size wasn’t a worry. It was 3.3 x 3.6 centimeters. It was a pain when I carry my first pregnancy and then I had follow up with specialist for 3 months and the size was stagnant. Then I had my second pregnancy and my gynae could not see it much due to the growing uterus. 4 months (my appointment is on the third month and I was a month late) after delivery I had my pap smear done and also ultrasound scan. I was surprised to see the cyst size has doubled to 6.82 x 5.18 centimeters. Then I understand why I had pain sometimes on my lower left abdomen. My gynae had seen the worst cases and his main concerns are: 1- twisted cyst which can cause quite painful pain 2- hemorrhage 3- puss 4- rupture 5- cancer (rare case but it happens) Hence I have been given 10 days grace period before I get my pap smear test results and see him again for the decision. He told me that I can remove it using scarless and almost painless procedure. My specialist gynae has certificate in minor invasive surgery from India. He said there are many benefits of this procedure. Patients would not be cut open but only small cut needed from belly button. Less cost as patients does not have to stay long in ward. Not much medicine. I have another option which is suggested by a confinement lady in Penang. http://iceblessedbeauty.blogspot.com/?m=1 I have to work hard for 10 days and use herbal medicine to shrink the size of the cyst. So now I am planning my diet and taking medicinal herbs and doing bertangas kering.

May Allah ease my case and I hope I will not have to do the surgery although he is the best gynae in jb and his procedure is the best because… I have to take 2 weeks leave and I pity irfan because he is fully breastfeed.

Macam mana mula kenal hospital ni ek? Hospital ni paling dekat dengan rumah. Mulanya doktor kerajaan yg suggest pergi sini sbb sini lg canggih ultra sound machine nya. Gynae yg dicadangkan ialah Dr. RAJESH. Orangnya kelakar. Professional. Mula datang dengan husband. Dia explain everything is good etc. Check dgn dr RAJESH ni kadang2 je. Selalu check up dengan klinik kesihatan larkin. Servis mmg pantas. Dekat dgn sekolah pula tu.

So about the hospital, it is new. Very nice interior and architecture. Nicer than puteri n KPJ Abdul Samad. Macam masuk hotel. Uniform staff memang lawa.

Labour room dia simple. Maybe sebab i dpt bersalin normal. Ada tempat letak kaki. Dulu masa beranak fahmi atas katil je. Koyak perinium weh. Atas siling ada arah kiblat utk bapa2 yg nk azankan bayi sebaik saja lepas lahir. Suami boleh masuk kalau xde komplikasi. Omar siap jd assistant lg. Haha.

Wad dia xde la ngeri sgt rupanya. Dari luar nmpk gelap n isolated. But i got a room mate. Also a teacher who had Caesar a day before I deliver. The bathroom is clean. The nurse will accompany u to the toilet n help u necessarily. 

What i like the most is the price.  Tak mahal mcm private hospital yg lain. For normal delivery, 2.5K sahaja. Bil ibu dan anak. Kalau Caesar baru 3.5k. Sbb tdo lebih kat hospital. 

I really like dr rajesh because he wanted me to have the normal delivery. No drug at all. No pain killer. Very supportive and cheerful. I should send him flowers kan?

Paediatric pun x mahal mcm pakar puteri. Pakar puteri rm 200. Patut laa derg doktor melayu gaji sebulan rm300k. Hospital ni yg plg kaya dr teh. Patient dia mmg beratoq. About my paed, Dr rohaizad mmg pandai layan fahmi yg banyak ragam kalau time sakit. Tadi kena charge 70 for ubat n 40 for consultation. Will see how it goes. May Fahmi gets better soon. Ameen.

Qalamun.com sedang diselenggara. Jangan terkejut dengan rupa parasnya buat masa ini. Insya Allah ia akan menjadi lebih cantik lagi. Post selepas Oktober 2012 tidak di backup. Insya Allah ada rezeki saya akan menulis semula. Terutamanya yang mencari tips membanyakkan susu badan dan cara mudah untuk mengurus masa memerah susu badan.

Best murtabak in JB

Last week, I came to pasar ramadhan perling about 2pm and not many stalls opened. Only this, pizza parlour and a few ayam percik.

I asked the pakcik, “nak murtabak 2 boleh? Ayam dan daging” and he replied “cikgu ada order tak?” of course la tak kan. Mana la tau kena order murtabak macam pizza pakcik oi. “tak la pakcik. Tak boleh dapat sekarang ke?” and he gave the most frustrating answer. Seriously. Perut rasa kecik je time tu. As if my foetus shrunk.
“kalau hari ni punya dah habis. Nanti nak order ye. Dik, ambilkan kad untuk cikgu ni”

Homg. At that moment, I feel like crying. After berbuka pun teringat lagi. Sampai laa semalam, I managed to get it. Once I indulged into the murtabak, my soul feels enlightened and I flew, figuratively. It’s soooo thick, layered, and the curry is in between the layers. He only gave onion gravy.

Look at his orders. He starts kneading the dough early. The whole tent is his. Usually param sellers have one spot and share. A long banquet table is prepared for the orders.

Sluggish Saturday

Omg omg. Im feeling draggy and sluggish to go to school today. Woke up at 530, prepared nasi lemak. Watched ustaz Don a bit. Then do the laundry. Am feeling productive to do the housework. But not going to school. Though I have 4 STACKS of books to be marked, paper works, and a table to be organized. Haih. After bath, I had problem to mix and match my Saturday outfit. Skirts is print. So does blouse. Three quarter sleeve. Have to wear a cardigan. Found purple plain one. From poplook. Then I just cannot find a plain black instant hijab. So I am wearing the polka dot one. What a mess. Sometimes, I wish I can stay at home just like other government servants. But yeah, every weekday I go back earlier than other government servant. Sluggish Saturday. And it’s cloudy and drizzling. *sigh*

Radiusite (Shawl)–Siapa tak kenal website ni. Pantang letak tudung je, sehari dua terus sold out. Penaja utama tudung Akak Sheila Rusli dan beberapa drama tempatan. Memang sekarang ni banyak nampak nama dia kat kredit hujung drama. Suratkhabar dah beberapa kali feature Radiusite. Pemilik butik online ini memulakan perniagaan dengan menjual design tudung yang unik pada harga yang berpatutan. Daripada bukak onlin shop hingga kini mampu memiliki butik sendiri di Bangi. Memang kelass. You guys can never find the same tudung from any other boutique. Her design is creative and fresh. Very prompt reply and delivery.

Sugarscarf (Instant Hijab)-This is my favourite online site. Sangat cantik design tudung dia. I love lycra fabric. Easy for me as a mother and who is a lazy bum bab iron mengiron. Awning banyak pakai thai silk or shantung. Buy 3 for Rm100. Kalau orang tanya soalan “Beli tudung kat mana?” Memang kene promote laa blogshop ni. Blogshop yang ni pun cepat sold out.

Thepoplook (Apparels and accessories)–Ni lagi satu website yang banyak amat follower. Laju je jualan dia. The price for a simple chic design nampak mahal but actually it’s worth the quality. Kain skirt dia memang tebal. Senang la kerja orang  malas nak cuci tangan macam eyekneekawai. Ehehe. Jadi mak memang kena banyak curi masa.

buttonmybuttons (Apparels and jewellery)–Ya ampun! Kalau tak tau online shop n memang la. I am a fan of bow and ribbons. Baju kurung dia banyak design yang unik dan cute. Featuring many local artists such as Yasmin Hani, Tiz Zakiyah, Neelofa and Marsha AF. Ramai artis jadi client dan model. Her beautiful wedding dress for Natasha Hudson had wowed the crowd. Banyak lagi peluang bagi anda yang nak merasa design Shahida Shariff (the owner). Shahida is a rising star.

Hana Tajima Maysaa (Fashion apparel)-She is an icon who has created a new wave of muslimah fashionista. Orangnya lawa, cute dan kreatif. Kacukan UK dan Jepun, HT (Hana Tajima) punyai pemikiran tersendiri, lan daripada yang lain bila mencipta gaya fesyen. Dia punya style tudung sangat simple dan menarik. Snood ciptaan dia, memang comfy dan practical. HT Selalu dijemput untuk event hijabista di Malaysia. Sometimes Maysaa has promotion for Malaysian delivery. Cool huh?

Humaira Contemporary (Inner, Tudung) Siapa yang suka design elegant, eksklusif dan matang, boleh jenguk blogshop ni. Tapi kena cepat la. Selalu sold out. Banyak kali menghiasi majalah tempatan. Kalau pakai tudung dari sini, andalah orang yang bergaya di majlis kenduri nanti.

Eightdesigns–Banyak kali online shop ni keluar dalam media massa. Antara perlopor online shop hijabista yang terawal. Old Blossom Box–The petite designer yang pernah muncul dalam realiti TV Malaysian Project Runway (First and the only season), berani bergaya dengan kasut tumit tinggi dan gaya hijab yang menarik. Design bajunya sangat comel, ada sesetengah fabrik diimport. Juga banyak menggunakan bow dan pastel colour. Butik Jezmine Zaidan kini dibuka di Shah Alam raya collection menanti kedatangan anda!

Pastelina

Pastelina (Apparels) Design dia memang sangat cute.Gabungan dua fashion designer yang berbakat Shea Rasol dan Adriani Adnan, gabungan idea mereka menggunakan warna pastel telah menyebabkan ramai pelanggan kecewa. Sebab cepat sangat sold out. Tapi sekarang sorang tu tengah busy dengan her pregnancy. So to merge the brainy idea of both, tunggu je la dulu.

Iamjetfuelshop (Apparels and scarf) Siapa tak kenal Yuna Zarai, artis Malaysia yang kini melebarkan sayapnya di US. She’s an icon of hijabista and I could not leave her from this list. The designs are fresh, funky and very chic. So, what are you waiting for?
