We believe in destiny because we met because of the destiny.
If you haven’t watch “Slumdog millionaire”, I highly recommend that movie for you. It was inspired by a novel (Q & A by Vikas Swarup), produced using low budget. The actors are using British accent (with some mixture of Indian accent as well) and they are not A-list actors and actresses, mind you. They are from slums and nobody. But the movie have become a phenomenon in any cinema worldwide. This movie is discussed widely, because of its’ religious issues, poverty, romanticism and all. This movie is worth to be watched many times and in case you want to buy the original DVD or Blue-ray disc. I give three thumbs up for this movie!
The soundtracks are amazing. A.R Rahman (the composer) have beaten all these orang putihs beethovens yada yada. The lyrics make me want to study Indian language. It’s beautifully written! Furthermore, Pussycat Dolls also produced a single for this movie. About the movie clip, oh my, Nicole is very sexy in her sari. She makes me want to wear sari! And other pussycat dolls motivates me to work out as well! Haha. (Oh! “That” someone please sponsor me a gym pass or any workout machine please!)
Anyways, this movie taught me loads of moral values. Do not overlook people. Do not look down on people. Have a faith in your destiny. No matter how you are separated from your destiny (jodoh), you will be met by fate or chance.
Yes!

koko: i think i should force my students to watch it. haha.
ruhi: she’s not a model. the little girl (rubina ali) is battling with poverty. these little actors and actress are getting the news limelight because of the treatment they get from their parents and government. try to catch up the news using BBC news archive.
